Once you submit your booking form, we’ll review your request and match you with your chosen artist — or the artist best suited to your design.

Your artist will get back to you with an estimated price, session length, and available dates.We’ll hold suggested dates for 48 hours to give you time to choose.

If none of the options work for you, just let us know and we’ll offer alternatives.

Once a suitable date is agreed, you’ll have 24 hours to pay your booking fee to secure your appointment. Payment details will be sent by your artist and can be made via bank transfer or in person at the studio.

The booking fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the final price of your tattoo. If the booking fee is not paid within 24 hours, the appointment will be released.

You can reschedule your appointment once, as long as you give at least 72 hours’ notice.

Less than 72 hours’ notice → booking fee is forfeited

Rescheduling more than once → new booking fee required

Cancellations → booking fee is non-refundable

The booking fee secures your time and covers preparation work.

All designs are custom-made for each client.

We don’t copy other artists’ work, but we’re happy to use references as inspiration to create something unique for you.

Your design will be ready for your appointment day, where we’ll go through everything together and make any final adjustments if needed.

If you’d prefer to see your design in advance, a consultation can be arranged.

Please arrive on time (not early, not late).

Arrive more than 15 minutes late → appointment may be cancelled

A new booking fee may be required to rebook

We kindly ask clients to come alone where possible, as space in the studio is limited.

We’re based in Wallingford and easily accessible by bus from Oxford, Didcot, Reading, and surrounding areas.

There are several parking options nearby — please check in advance.

Please bring cash for your appointment, as we currently do not have a card reader.

There is an ATM nearby if needed.

Touch-ups are free of charge if arranged within 6 months of your tattoo appointment.

You must be 18 or over to get tattooed — this is UK law, and there are no exceptions.

If you look under 25, please bring valid ID.

No ID = no tattoo.

No expiration date

Get a good night’s sleep the night before

Avoid alcohol before your appointment

Eat a proper meal beforehand

Bring snacks and sugary drinks if you’d like

Wear comfortable clothing with easy access to the area being tattooed

We also provide water, snacks, and drinks in the studio, but feel free to bring your own favourite snacks.
